Hyperledger Foundation Names Hart Montgomery as Chief Technology Officer
San Francisco, February 9, 2022 / Prnewswire / – Hyperledger Foundation, Global Ecosystem Open for Enterprise Blockchain Technologies, today announced that Hart Montgomery has joined the organization as the main technology officer. In this new role, he will become a technical leader for the hyperledger foundation, ensuring the health and transparency of the development community and all the projects. Old members of the Hyperledger Technical Steering Committee and contributors to various projects and laboratories, Montgomery is very knowledgeable about technology, markets and communities. He will be the key to increasing pipes that grow the hyperledger project and maximize open source models to provide the next generation of Blockchain Enterprise technology.
Montgomery joined the Hiperledger Foundation, part of the Linux Foundation, from Fujitsu research where it has been a research scientist in cryptography for the past seven years. He completed Ph.D. In computer science at Stanford and was awarded the Stanford Postgraduate Fellowship. As a member of the Hiperledger Foundation executive team, he will play a strategic role of open source blockchain driving and distribute the technology of ledger to new markets and applications and project guides throughout the Linux Foundation in their approach with Blockchain, Crypto, and Web 3 which is growing rapidly technology.
